ADDITIONAL FEES Best in Show $100.00 Additional Group First $ 50.00 Additional Group Second $ 40.00 Additional Group Third $ 30.00 Additional Group Fourth $20.00Additional Expenses will be divided among all dogs that are shown on a particular weekend based on 45 cents per mile. Mileage will be calculated using MapQuest or some similar mapping program, and owners will be notified prior to dogs being entered the approximate expense they will be charged. |
Terms
This contract is between Sue Cannimore and _____________________________________, and no other parties for the purpose of showing at AKC dog shows and will be binding for the entire time the above dog is in the handlers’ possession.
The Handler agrees to exercise all due and responsible care and precautions to prevent any injury, illness, or loss of a client's dog while traveling, at the Kennel and at the show site. Should your dog become ill or injured while in the handlers care, immediate veterinary attention will be sought and all charges incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.
The owner(s) agree to be sure their dog is healthy and current on all vaccinations and that handlers are given a copy of the current rabies certificate.
Dogs in handler's care will be fed a premium food twice daily.
The owner agrees that the handler will not be held personally liable for any accidental injury, illness, or loss of the dog incurred during the normal function of traveling, boarding and handling.
All dogs will be shown by Sue Cannimore, except when circumstances arise beyond her control, in which case she will be replaced by another competent handler of her choice. Regular fees will apply in either case. If for any reason, the handlers feel the dog should be pulled (aggression, fear or lameness), owner will not be billed for the handling for that day.
Invoices will be mailed at the end of each month, and payments are due by the 15
th of the following month. A 10% late fee will be charged for invoices not paid within 30 days. .All amounts due under this contract, including damages for its breach, shall be paid in Hinds County, Mississippi and any suit brought on this contract shall be brought in Hinds County, Mississippi
